Irrfan Khan passed away in Mumbai on Wednesday. The actor had worked in Bollywood and Hollywood too but not many know that he had did a film in Bengali also. The film titled Doob (No Bed Of Roses) which was directed by Mostofa Sarwar Farooki. The film stars Irrfan Khan, Nusrat Imrose Tisha, Rokeya Prachy and Parno Mittra.
The film was critically acclaimed at many film festivals. Doob was released in two languages-English and Bengali.
Parno Mitra also took to her social handle and wrote, “A man I've admired , an actor I've looked upto and and a co actor I've loved working with. You will be missed @irrfank. May your soul rest in peace.”

Doob story is about members of two families discovering themselves after the headman of a family dies. The film was selected as the Bangladeshi entry for the Best Foreign Language Film at the 91st Academy Awards. The actor was last seen in Angrezi Medium with Kareena Kapoor Khan.
Just one day after Irrfan Khan death, another Bollywood veteran actor Rishi Kapoor has passed away in Mumbai on Thursday. The actor was suffering from cancer for almost one year and had undergone treatment in US.
